This policy describes what data SlotForge - a Telegram Mini App booking service - processes when pros and their clients use it. By continuing to use the service, you agree to this policy.

1. Who processes the data

The company that owns SlotForge is the data controller (“the service”, “we”). Exact legal entity details will be added before publishing and are available on request from support.

2. What data we process

We process the minimum data needed to run bookings:

• Pro data - name, specialty, services, pricing, working hours, and a Telegram account identifier.
• Client data - name and contact, the service and time booked, and any notes the pro adds.
• Technical data - Telegram identifier, language, timezone, Mini App usage events.

3. How we use the data

Data is used to show the booking page, run the calendar and client base, send visit reminders, and build analytics for the pro. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

4. Payments and Telegram Stars

SlotForge does not process payments between a pro and a client. The service price is shown as a reference, and payment happens outside the service.

The SlotForge Pro subscription is paid by the pro via Telegram Stars. Telegram processes that payment under its own terms; we only receive the subscription status.

5. Sharing with third parties

We may share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, notifications) strictly to run the service and under confidentiality terms, and with the Telegram platform to the extent needed to run the Mini App. Any disclosure required by law happens only on a lawful basis.

6. Storage and security

Data is kept as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements. We apply organizational and technical measures against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss of data.

7. Your rights

You can request access to your data, ask for corrections or deletion, restrict processing, or withdraw consent. Message support and we’ll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

8. Client data added by a pro

A pro may create client cards manually. In that case the pro is the one initiating the processing and is responsible for having a valid basis to share that data with us. A client can contact support to exercise their rights.

9. Cookies and analytics

slotforge.app may use cookies and anonymized analytics to improve the product. Inside the Telegram Mini App, Telegram’s own platform mechanisms apply.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its date. We’ll additionally notify users of material changes through available channels.
