Does the client need to install an app?
No. The client opens your link and books right inside Telegram - no separate app and no sign-up on a new website. If they don't have Telegram, you can add them as a client manually.
Does SlotForge take payments from my clients?
No. SlotForge doesn't process payments between you and the client. The service price is shown as a reference, and you get paid however works for you. Telegram Stars is only used for your Pro subscription.
I don't have a website - is that a problem?
No. Your booking page is your "website": one link with every service, price and open slot. You can share it in a chat, your Instagram bio, or a story.
How long does setup take?
About two minutes. Add your name and specialty, add services with price and duration, set your working hours - and your booking page is ready to send.
Is this only for barbers?
No. SlotForge works for any solo service pro: nail and beauty specialists, tutors, trainers, psychologists and coaches - anyone who books appointments.
Can I add a client without Telegram?
Yes. You can create a client card manually - name, contact and notes - and manage their bookings. They can link their Telegram later through your link.
What's included in the free plan?
A public booking page, accepting bookings from clients, and a basic calendar - no card, no time limit. More advanced features are in Pro.
How is Pro billed, and can I cancel?
Pro is billed monthly through Telegram Stars inside the Mini App. You can cancel any time - no calls, no penalties; features stay active until the end of the paid period.
